I'm trying to add an RSS feed to my Yahoo! Mail reader, but the dialog box that comes up does not have the URL field at the bottom as noted on the help page. Am I missing something?

If the field is missing, it is likely that the entire page didn't load properly. Press F5 to reload/refresh the page. You might have to try it a few times before it finally works.
Another possibility is that it is a glitch in the system. Yahoo has got a lot of glitches these days. Hopefully, they will resolve them soon.
