Free RSS/XML Feed Creator?

Does anyone know a good and free RSS Creator that also has a feature that automatically updates your feed items as soon as you update your blog/site? I'm currently using this Feed Editor program but it doesn't have the option to AUTOMATICALLY update my Feed items. :(
