Calendar, rss, email (in that order)?

Need a client like outlook but free which provides calendar, rss and email. Don't like outlook bundled with xp, tried chandler, spicebird, and don't need web-based. Have xp. Which one do you think is the best. If you think any of the above is the best, tell me
