every time i click on something named RSS i get a code similar to something like a HTML code .. I 've installed a RSS reader too ..but don't know wht to do with tht RSS code !?? HEEEELLLLLLPPPP !!

Many RSS readers work like this to add new feeds; find a page with a feed you want and click the RSS symbol. When that page with the code opens, go to your address bar, highlight, right click and copy to clipboard.
Open your RSS reader and click the "add feed"
button. The feed's URL should automatically paste itself into to reader. Add the new feed to the category you like.
