RSS Feed for Yahoo Groups?

I am signed up to loads of Yahoo Groups but would like to pull some of them into an RSS aggregator. How can I do this?





Yahoo groups is so user unfriendly despite the great service it supplies.





Can someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance.
