RSS feed requires RSS reader.

RSS is (some what like email) in which you receive important subject line of news, information, etc from various source (i.e. more than 1 RSS feed) at one place. When you click on it, you can read that information in details. Usually torrent website (also other like news website etc) provide information of new release or comments on torrent in RSS feed.

Both latest web browser Internet explorer (v7) and Mozilla firefox has in-built RSS reader.

For eg let take http://www.rlslog.net/ site. At address bar where it is written http://www.rlslog.net/,

for mozilla firefox:-

there is orange box (with 2 semi circle and dot in it). Other time, it will be orange box with RSS written in it. Click on it. It will ask if you want to subscribe to it using "Live Bookmark". Tick the"always...." and press "subscribe now". Below the address bar, you can see "release log" icon which you can see subject lines for information on that website.

for internet explorer (v7):-

when you are at that site, you orange button highlight , press light arrow near it and select the feed.

Also utorrent doesn't have RSS reader so you cannot use it. On torrent client, Bitcomet is only client that has RSS reader with it. Try this one instead of internet explorer.
