How do I create an RSS feed?

I am trying to set up a proper podcast using an RSS feed. I have all the files created and saved on my computer. Now I just need to get them published on the internet in well...an RSS feed. I know it can get into alot of coding such as HTML, but I also know that there is some way to do it through a bloging website like blogger or blogspot. If anyone can give me an easy way to do it without getting into too much coding, please let me know. Thanks!!

There are applications that can build your feed for you. But learning the required code isn't too difficult.

Reply:The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). There is a built-in wizard that will walk you through the process of creating a feed.
