i just started downloading rss channels but they're all in mp3 format are there any video rss channels? If so what site do i look at?

with your psp, go to www.grouper.com. it is a new video website for psp and i pod downloads, and for watching movie with your PC
PS. not all videos in grouper can be downloaded:)
