I have suscribed to some RSS on "My Yahoo!", but I forget to check that page, is there a way of getting a daily e-mail with the updates of my suscriptions?

Awasu is a good and free RSS reader that you can have on your computer. Simply type in the feed addresses that you want to monitor, then open the program and click the link to read that feed. It comes with many pre-installed.
