How often does 360 read RSS feeds and how to arrange their display order?

I'm unable to arrange my feeds the way I want and it seems 360 doesn't read changes in the RSS files. RSS files are on my site

"Please note that feeds are updated on a schedule, so it may take a few hours before your feeds appear on Yahoo!."





I'm not sure about the feed order. They probably are set to display the most recent news first. But you can write to the 360 team to suggest it.
