News reader rss feed, WHAT??? can some help?

I am trying to make a webisite, with up to date news information from the BBC also weather, talking about rss feeds and a need to make an account with a news reader? how do i go about this??

News reader rss feed, WHAT??? can some help?
to read an rss feed, 99% don't require an account.

to republish a feed, those same 99% will be very happy.

but if you change their content or their links 99% will be very unappy.

as far as how to code it... you want to be an aggregator (collector of feeds), lots of opensource options for all platforms.

and you need a way to display it, read in their XML and style it up to your look-and-feel.

the easy way is to just include the rss links on your page and let your readers decide how they want to read RSS (a browser , a website, or a standalone program)

Reply:Well, you should check out simplepie.org. You need to know a little about programming, but I am currently using it to develop my own rss feed site http://www.rssmotron.com. Good Luck!
Reply:This is a good example http://newsnow.co.uk
